But to be fair, once someone was able to help me, I had her full attention and she took her time and made sure I bought what I wanted.

I got a gorgeous pendant necklace that I didn't know I even wanted till I tried it on. :)
One star is too much if you ask me, but whatever...  This location has turned me off so much because of their service.  When you walk-in no one even greets you.  I
was ready to buy a handbag I've had my eye on & I walked right out because it didn't seem like they wanted to help me.  Like I was an inconvenience.  Really?  I
went across the street to Gucci instead & bought a bag there.
First time here I was with my bf and had my mind set on the neverfull in ebene. Of course was never greeted and had to wait for the next available associate. Don't
remember her name but she was nice. It was a easy sale for her. I just looked at it and told her I was gonna take it.

Second visit was this saturday. Walked in and still never greeted walked up to Kenneth and told him I was interested in the Eva clutch. Luckily they had it in
stock. He was nice as well. Alot nicer once I told him I'll take the clutch

For such and expensive brand they can't afford to have someone greet their customers. Both times it was not busy and ppl were just coming in and out of the back
rooms. I understand that greeting the customer doesn't mean a commission but still the money I'm goin to spend deserves a hello, how are you? instead of me trying
to get an associates attention.
Their service is not that great nor good but Cecilia is really nice and she's the one I look for when I go in cause she's not snobby or stuck up.

LV is a bit more pricey than Gucci and basically it's a matter of preference. Either you like Gucci or LV, I like both! Lol. So I'll pay for it. Bad service or not,
it's a matter of convenience.

Louis Vuitton Sneakers for women sale

The staff here were very friendly.
Not over the top, but not cold either.
Very professional and knowledgeable staff.
The selection was very limited though.
Not really my style so hard to relate.
1 star because I still love the products! Even thou the store experience in west valley fair in san jose ca was awful!
1st, The guy by the door doesn't greet you when u come in.  2nd, You have to approach a salesrep to get help even thou they are just standing and watching people
walk by. 3rd, and when you get help they get all snotty, be careful on question you ask they will
Make u feel " duh, you're clueless about LV, I see". 
I can keep going with all the complaints but this is taking so much of my time now. If these rude LV employees are making out of commissions as I've heard,  I'm
sorry to say but maybe they don't deserve anything more than a minimum wage. Poor customer service!  To LV employees, you guys are just salesrep so don't act like
all snotty, do your job and sell your product!
Great customer service! The manager and all the workers are really attentive and helpful. The bad thing about this store is it tends to get really busy and I hate
waiting to be helped. There are only so many laps around the store I can take before actually wanting a sales person to help me.

Louis Vuitton Jasper's Sneakers for Kanye West

I believe it was a Friday when I came in it was quite busy. While I was looking around a young lady name Christine asked if i needed help. She had a soft friendly
voice & smile.

I was originally going to buy 2 purses 2 wallets & 1 mens wallet.  I ended up with 2 purses & 1 wallet. Christine was really nice & helpful & very patient she was
aware of my purchasing just the 2 wallets & 2 purses. But when I got to the register I found out from another sales associate that I would only be able to purchase
1 big & 1 small item.

During this time they had a policy out that you couldn't purchase 2 big items. It had to be one big & one small. Meaning one purse and one wallet or any other
smaller item.
I had to pull out money to purchase my bff's purse. I could have gone there the next day to purchase the wallet but I had work. Anyways this was just so odd to me.

The next time i came here. I mentioned this & the lady told me that they don't have that policy no more. Keep in mind this was just a few months back. I purchased a
purse and a bracelet.

Anyways this place would have gotten a 4 or 5 star if i was able to purchase what i wanted the first time. The second time. I was in work uniform no one acknowledge
me or helped me. I was the one to ask for help. Lame
Only shopped here once, even though I always peek in when walking by.
I came in looking to get something as a graduation gift for my friend.

Kanye Rocks Lanvin and Louis Vuitton Shoes in Atlantic City

I walked in today with my mom to shop around. No greeting, got stared down by the security guard, and actually had to search for a sales associate to help me with a
purse I was interested in.

This location also doesn't carry much of anything; only a few bags from each collection. They don't even have any of the basic stuff, like a strap I was looking to
replace a while back, even though they really should've.
The stars are only for Tania.

I am a frequent shopper at the San Francisco store.  But since we were in San Jose, I decided to browse around here.

No greeting.

It took 20 minutes for a salesperson to come up to me.  I had to go up to Tania after she helped another customer. 

I ended up spending money and got a purse I love. 

As for the service here, they failed.  I know I do not look rich, I'm not a white woman with fancy clothes.  I was in my chucks and a tank top...but I have money to
spend. 

Thank you Tania for not judging me! Kudos to you!
The first time I went here to buy my first LV I was dressed in a workout outfit.

These are the things that they should have improved and done in that store:
1) Assign a staff in each corner to watch and stop customers when checking the purses and the prices.
2) Put a door so that customers know which part of the store  is off limits or better put a "DO NOT TOUCH" sign!
3) The store manager needs to be retrained so that he knows the right words to tell the customers when they complained (DO NOT USE THAT REASON AGAIN!)
4) Hire more friendly security person, at least smiling when approaching customers.
(You don't need to look so serious!)
5) You have to treat all your customers the same. Do not discriminate based on their looks, jewelry and clothing.

I am very disappointed visiting your store that day. Knowing LV carrying very expensive purses, I was expecting they have a high quality customer service and first
class treatment but it was not!
I would never again visit this location and will not recommend to anybody!
My visit ruined my Mother's day!
I purchased a few ties, a pair of sunglasses, a wallet, and a purse for my girlfriend here.  Every visit I am treated very well and the young lady who helped me the
last time was very attentive.
Terrible customer service. The employees here have some sort of a superiority complex and don't care to help you at all if you don't look like you're going to spend
any money. They have no manners and are not professional looking at all.

Designer Shoes - Authentic Louis Vuitton Denim Shoes Sneakers

Overall, worst shopping experience ever at this location. We then went to Stanford LV location and receive excellent customer service there.
I was at the store because my husband wanted to buy me a present for mother's day. We went inside the store and checking the purses (nobody greeted us). I saw bags
on  display rack at the right hand side of the store. I went to check one purse and was looking at the price when the security man approached me and told me that I
cannot go to that side.
I was offended, embarrassed and humiliated when the security guy approached me. There was a lady customer who heard the whole thing and smiled. My right as a
customer was violated because I am not allowed to check the price of your high end purses? I did not make a scene and immediately obeyed the guy and went to look
for the store manager.
When I complained and told the store manager how I felt, I got insulted too. He told me that the reason for not allowing customers on that side because the store
wanted to "PROTECT THE CUSTOMERS IN CASE THE PURSE WILL FALL".
That is not acceptable to me and that's a total bs!
I am not stupid to accept that reason!
I felt discriminated during my visit in your store. They treated their customers based on how they look and how they dress up?
My husband and I were only wearing simple shorts and I was wearing slippers but both of us are educated individuals and make descent money. Maybe they  thought I
cannot afford to buy their very expensive products!

Not to mention, there was no greeting but constant glares everywhere. I seriously think employers here have superiority unless you carry a higher end purses such
as: prada, chanel, Hermes, etc or you dress like a filthy rich person.

Honestly if I can't afford LV, I wouldn't even bother stepping in and shop. The one in San Francisco definitely has better customer service than this store. Never
coming here again.
Finally decided to complete this review..

First of all, this zero star review is for the Asian female sales and the Asian male manager (whatever their name is..) Believe me, their attitude toward customers
will completely crush your shopping experience at LV. Horrible customer service just like other reviews stated.

To make the long story short, I bought a handbag as a gift for my GF, they gave me the handbag with a small box and DID NOT mention anything after I payed at the
register. After few days, we went back to see if we can change to a bigger size gift box, bottom line is if they refuse than it's fine for us. However, the young
Asian female sales started lecturing us that the handbag should never be store is the gift box etc, which this was NEVER mentioned when I purchased it from another
sales. We were insulted and asked nicely that is there anyway we could swap the gift box. She started yelling to us and became very annoying so we ask for the
manager. He came with a shit face and told us that "we give you what you are suppose to get" with a very rude manner. I was totally done at the moment and notice
them right away I am going to return the purchase. (While returning the Asian male manager was refusing some kind of repair service to another customer, along with
his bad manner.)

That being said, I love my LV. I have a growing collection of handbags and wallets that i've purchased at many different locations. Of all the Louis Vuitton stores
I've been to this is the only place that gives horrible customer service. I have been there sometimes just to buy a gift card, or get a new wallet hot stamped and
literally waited 30 minutes to even get greeted. The sales associates here want nothing to do with you if you don't look rich or don't think you'll purchase
anything.

I've been here on two seperate occasions where nobody was getting helped and you see the same snotty ass sales lady that gave you an attitude rush over with the
biggest smile on her face once she sees a blonde lady with her LV purse, with matching leash and collar for her yorkie. Sorry, i'm not that tacky. OR when you see a
Raider player walk in where he has 2 sales associates AND manager ready to lick his butthole if he wanted and then walk out with nothing. It's actually funny to
watch.

I am not going to lie, i still love L.V. -- but don't think that i will be back to this location to purchase anything when SF is about the same distance away from
me with MUCH better customer service.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I wanted to get the Damier Ebene canvas wallet to match with my Neverfull MM that I purchased a few months ago. I had to search for a sales associate to help me.
However, the lady that was "helping" me (I forgot her name) was rolling her eyes at me when I was going through each pocket to make sure it's not defective.

I was so angry that I left the store right away because the security guard was literally right next to me starring as if I'm about to run away with the Damier Evene
canvas wallet.

Louis Vuitton Shoes Casual Shoes

When we made it clear that this was to be an exchange, she got all friendly and personable. After that point, the rest of the transaction was great. She patiently
showed me a lot of purses. I was set on getting something with the Damier Azur print. She showed me how the leather ages and how it affects the purse and I'm so
happy she did that. I appreciated her patience in explaining these details with me and her patience in helping me select a purse that fit my needs.

See why I'm torn? The first half of the experience was meh, but the second half was great. Therefore, 3 stars.

Selection at the Valley Fair location seems smaller. I asked to see a bunch of purses that were online but they didn't have them in store.

It'll probably be awhile until my next LV purchase, but next time I'll try another location.
Wow, based on the reviews on here, I might have just gotten lucky I've had great experiences everytime I've been here to purchase a purse and a couple of
wallets...the girl who's helped me on 2 of the occassions was super sweet and I wish I could remember her name!! I hope no one tries to cop an attitude next time I
go in b/c I might just go off on someone!! LOL!!! ;-)
I do not know what it is about the people in this store that make them feel like they can be so snotty... i mean, you work at a retail store in the mall. I'm sure
one paycheck doesn't even amount to HALF the things you SELL to these customers that can easily afford 1,000-2,000 handbags.

New Louis Vuitton Casual Shoes black

i felt like an idiot when i first walked in because i was looking for someone to help me but from the reviews, no surprise here when no one came up to me! i came in
here to buy the compact zippy wallet and was finally able to catch the attention of one of the sales associates. She helped me look for the wallet and found that
there was only one left in the store which happened to be on display..then she proceeded to give me attitude because i wasn't interested in buying a wallet on
display. EXCUSEEE MEE for not wanting to spend that much money on a wallet everyone and their mothers have touched and played with already!

all these sales associates need to be fired and replaced with people who can actually hide their boredom and attitude issues.
Me feelings are mixed about this store. On the one hand, the lady who helped me was patient and likeable - on the other hand, she was ONLY patient and likeable
after I made it clear I was here to purchase something.

I hate to rag on her, because the end of my experience ended up being pretty good. But the beginning was... meh. In my opinion (and you can agree or disagree) any
store, and in particular a luxury goods store, should be welcoming and inviting right at the beginning. I didn't get that vibe here - you almost have to force
someone to pay attention to you.

The hubby bought me an LV purse but it wasn't one I particularly loved (and hey, if you're spending this much you better LOVE it) so we came to valley fair to
return it. The woman I returned it to did an inspection that would make the TSA blush. I get it, the purse needs to be inspected to be in "sellable" condition but
you could make it seem less obvious that you think I bought it just to use it and am now returning it. (which I didn't).

Men's Louis Vuitton Casual shoes at low prices

I finally was helped by a nice lady. She was able to answer all my questions I had which the other guy previously could not answer, and honestly she made me
comfortable enough to make the purchase. I would give her 4 stars, but because of the other experience and the rude security guard, I'll round down my whole
experience to 2 stars.

The new spring colors for the Epi line are bright cute. I would go check it out if you want a bag that will bring some flavor to your outfit.
Could it be the dismal economy that makes them realize they have to be nicer to their customers?

My last visit was quite pleasant and I received lots of help and attention as soon as I stepped into the store. I didn't know what I wanted before hand, so the
staff showed me the catalog and patiently took out every purse that I showed some interest in. I think I tried on at least 15 bags before I made my final decision.
The lady kept her smile and friendliness the whole time and did not show any sign of annoyance. This is the kind of service I expect from an LV store and I hope
they keep that up.

I am only giving them 3 stars for now before I am sure that the good service isn't only the temporary effect of the bad economy. Plus, I still noticed some other
staff doing the "looking at you up and down" to the other customers, that needs to stop!
worse place EVER.

seriously, for such a high end store i would expect high end service but NO.

How a pair of Louis Vuitton men's dress shoes are made

I've strolled into this location many times, but have never made a purchase. Mainly because I could never find anyone to help me. The store is almost always packed
with people flaunting their mismatched designer duds holding LV bags. I usually get annoyed with the people more than the lack of service.

I decided it was time for a new bag and the store was not packed. This had to be the first time I had seen a nearly empty store. Maybe it was because people were
broke from the holidays. I was helped out by Jackie Lu, she was great. She brought out a few bags for me to look at and patiently watched me try out each bag and
listened to me gripe about why I didn't like this one over that one. She could have easily told me to buy the bigger bag, but was honest and told me it was a bit
big for my frame.

With a lighter wallet, I left with my brand spankin' new LV bag and a great big smile.
Mixed feelings about this store.

I've walked in here a few times to look at some bags since I haven't purchased a purse in a while. I walk around, and no on decides to help me each time. So, I
usually decide to help myself. The last time I finally had a question, so I flagged someone down. He was definitely NOT knowledgeable about the bags. He told me the
wrong price for the bag I was looking at. The price he gave me was about $400 less then the actual price of the bags. I kept asking him questions about does this
come in a certain color or how should I take care of this bag or which bag or material is easy to take care of. To all of those questions he answered I don't know,
so I walked out the first time.

This past time was started out the same. I was trying to look at the new colors for their Epi line they have for the spring. Apparently I stepped behind a glass
case to go check out a bag on the shelf since no one was helping me, but then the security guard yelled at me. Not even kindly ask me to not step away from the
glass case, but straight up raised his voice at me. I was kind of mad since it was really the store's fault for not having one of their sales associates help me.

If there is a next time, I will seek out Ellen again when I shop here. It made the whole process less intimidating working with a service associate like her.

Other than that I look forward to using beautiful purse!
If you want to be ignored and not be helped, this is your place to go. They will not treat you with any respect.

I went here couple weeks ago and its unfortunately how my friend had to feel that we can only come in because I was carrying a "high-end" purse to feel comfortable.

The customer service here is HORRIBLE! They will judge you INSTANTLY once you walk in, especially if you don't carry a "high-end" purse.

My boyfriend came in to purchase me a surprise gift for me and unfortunately since he was dressed in a SF Giants hat, jeans, jordans and a jacket, no one helped him
AT ALL.


I visited this location 3 years ago and could not have been happier with the selection and service. The sales associates were warm, welcoming, and very
accommodating to my needs. I was very indecisive about getting a monogram Neverfull MM or a monogram Speedy 35. The sales associate didn't pressure me, but assured
me that getting a Speedy would be the best choice. 3 years later and I am absolutely in love with how my purse holds and aged! My only complaint was that they ran
out of boxes that day and said I could come back, but since it's a bit of a drive I opted not to go back for a box. If it wasn't such a long drive, I'd definitely
come back to this location.

Please don't waste your time at this Louis Vuitton. Travel the distance to the Palo Alto one. Trust me.
So Yesterday i went to get my first louis vuitton bag and i was SUPER Exciiiiiiited! & Couldn't wait to go there. I was kinda deciding if i should save teh trip &
go to the Stanford one since i heard at valley fair they have bad service & when i went No greeting at all!!!!! Like a Simple Hello would be nice! And so i went to
the guy with the suit for help & He said oh those girls are almost done they will help you just wait a bit so i was like ok whatever and i waited and so everyone
left and i was stilling waiting all the sles person was still looking at the door to see if anyone will come and just laughing&talking like seriously im abuot to
just leave this shit! Because how they are acting is just snobby& just RUDE! Like come on you work at LV Have some respect for the customer who is buying something
from the store! Ugh I was just over this place so when i was gonna leave there was one sale lady behind the counter where they had the speedy so i went and ASK FOR
HELP! & she was like OH yes i can help you! LIke Seriously im standing right in front of you -___-  So I ask if she had the damier canvas the brown checkers one &
the white one but they didn't have the white one is speedy 35so i pass on it and plus the handle is lighter and by time it will get dirty faster and darker so i was
deciding on the brown one or the Neverfull MM or GM the same style but i didn't like how it don't have a aipper or closing and since its big i wouldn't know if
anyone try to take something out of the purse or not so i got the brown Speedy 35 . I also was leaning towards the monogram speedy 40 but my boyfriend said it was
WAY TO BIG! so i pass on that one and went with this and even the sale person told me this one was good for me since its less to manage and take care of better then
the white&gray one so i did and thats why i gave This review a 2 star cause she at least help me with my purse BUUUUUT! When i got home i was looking at the purse
and it seem like it was used or this was the display one and i because the lock had bad scratches on there and the box w/ the key in the purse for the lock was just
jack up & idk i just had a feeling it wasn't new and i kept looking & on some of the button on the handle was all scratch up as well WTFeezy! Srsly ugh so i went
back AGAIN! and ask if i can exchange for another one and i of course called before and when i got there i went straight to the counter and then told them i wanted
an exchange and she said ok and i was like ok gonna be a good visit but i was WRONG! I told her why and she was like this is hand made and its not gonna be perfecta
nd Blah Blah Blah and i was like ok but it just seem like its been used or people been looking through this one so i just want to exchange so she called the manager
and she was like its always like that and i was like okaaaaay. she told me that but look its hella badly scratch up and they both still told me and kept telling me
well the lock box is all rip up and stuff cause its like that REALLY! Hm, well it just looks bad then and the sales lady was like we can exchange it for you theres
only this other one left in the back & this one is way better then the other one i first had & the key box was nicely in the pocket! So i took this one and when we
were going to the cashier the manager was like We are always ok with exchanging it but louis vuitton is hang made and won't be perfect and if you want something
that won't be scratch up or whatever then maybe louis vuitton might not be the brand for you!!!!! WTF i was gonna just return the purse and get out but i was just
frustrated because i was already there so i was like its ok i like this one and ill take this one! & i know that this purse is the one and said thanks for your help
so the manager went in the back or whatever i don't really care i was just piss the FUCK OFF! You are really the manager! like she shouldn' t talk like that EVER!
seriously! i was ready to GTFO of there so i sign the paper & wait for my purse & the lady was talking to me & was nice WOW after im done and was saying you got a
good purse and thanks for shopping @ louis vuitton and i said thanks for your help & letting me exchange it & freakin left & was so happy i was done with this rude
ass manger she should be FIRED!!!! Oh i gave another star for the lady when i was waiting for the purse she kindly went up to me and ask if i needed to look at a
purse or needed help and i said no thanku just waiting for the purse in the back she was super nice so that is why i gave 2 stars & nothing MORE! 
SO If i was you going to get a Louis Vuitton for your first time or going to shop there i think going to stanford for a BETTER SERVICE! Is the WAY TO GO!  Next time
im going there or just going to order online!

BUT!! I got my hands on Florin wallet then bounced out of this snooty LV store.

Black eye, anybody?
I love this place.  Everyone is always accomodating and very helpful.  There may be one or two that don't know of customer service but the rest of the team is
fantastic and very helpful! I ordered a pair of boots bc they didn't have my size and by the end of the week I had my new boots!

FYI if you need to get the latest and greatest items, see Johnny- he's superb!
Sooooo, I have been dreaming of having an LV bag for years. I have never thought of a good reason to just drop all that cash money one one purse... I have a few
items, but they've all been reasonable purchases. For my wedding present the fiancé said to pick out anything I wanted, so I took this as a sign to finally fulfill
this deep desire I had! (yes I know what my wedding present is, but that's because we don't do surprises very well...)

We went around Christmas time and was helped by Ellen. She was very friendly and knowledgeable... Not pushy at all. I was able to try on a few of the bags I had in
mind and finalized which one I liked best. We wanted to wait to purchase it though, because it was Christmas time, and we didn't need to buy it right then and
there. Again, Ellen was not pushy at all and wrote down the style name on the back of her card.

Flash forward to the the end of January. The security guard was a tad bit short with us when i asked him if anyone was available to help us, but then again, i just
needed to be patient.  The fiancĂ© and I went back to the shop and were glad to see Ellen was there. Again, I wanted to try on the top two styles I has in mind and
sure enough, I went with my original favorite. Ellen was very thoughtful and even joked around with us about how young we looked to be getting married (we get this
all the time, and usually it's annoying, but she was really friendly about it so it didn't bother me this time when she said that).  She was patient with me when I
asked my list of a thousand questions on the best ways to take care of this purse and how it compared to some of the other styles/fabrics. Again, she was super
knowledgable and patient with me.

Kanye West x Louis Vuitton shoes

I can't believe I wrote this whole review sitting in the LV store while my cousin is still waiting to be assisted. Incompetent.
I have to agree that this place is either a total hit or miss.
But I found my new sales girls!!! Ask for Christine, Donna or Kristina
They're always amazing with fabulous taste!!!
If you have $1,600 to spend on a messenger bag.... You are in the right place. LV is known everywhere for quality and design. $1,800 for a cardigan, $250 for a
keychain. $400-$700 for a good leathery smell wallet. I also didn't like the fact of the guy following my friend and I around the store. Did we look like hobos?

So there's no misunderstanding, I do like the brand.  I own a few pieces because I had read that the monogrammed line is actually quite hardy.  Whether they will
physically withstand the test of time remains to be seen --- Ask me 10-20 years from now.  In regards to fashion, everyone knows it's a classic.

Ok, so the store is fabulous, authentic, and the smell of leather is amazing. The reps? I felt like beating in a black eye or two.  *huff...Huff*

I became highly interested in one item: a wallet. I stood at the wallet display case waiting, just WAITING for somebody to come open it. I had to walk up to the
idly chit chatting staff and ask for somebody. Then, she was a bitch about showing me the different ones.

I'm not going to drop many many Benjamins without thoroughly touching and inspecting the wallets. Her rolling eye attitude was a total turn off and her tone...

I would never give my business to such snooty a-holes!

Louis Vuitton Handbags Outlet Sale

Get home, LWKJERLWEJRKLWJROWRJ the box is jacked up!!! You can tell someone had returned a box and had a sticker or something that was ripped off. The sneaky
associate decided to put that on the BOTTOM of the bag, so I wouldn't notice.

Guess what lady, I called corporate and complained about you and your lack of customer service skills.

Corporate explained that LV is going green and is trying to move away from boxes, but if customers really want them they will give them. I told her that was
perfectly fine, but if you are going green, get your associates to explain that!!! Customers will be way more understanding.

Woo, think I burned a few calories typing this.
I have to say I really hate this Louis Vuitton store. Out of all LV stores, this is the only one with the worst customer service ever. The first time I came into
the store to buy something, I didn't know I couldn't go behind the counter to look at bags and I wanted to get a closer look. I was never acknowledged by any of the
sales representatives, so of course I wasn't going to wait around forever. I reached for a bag and a sales representative came up to me and yelled at me telling me
to not touch anything from behind the counter. That really ticked me off and of course I left immediately and bought my LV bag at the Stanford Shopping mall store
as I was assisted right as I walked in.

Unfortunately this year I am here again to make a purchase. If it weren't for my cousin, I would have already stormed out of this store with the quickness. It's
time to buy another LV bag and I've been standing around for almost 45 minutes to be assisted. I understand it is the holidays and it seems short staff and busy.
However I don't think that is an excuse to not acknowledge customers when they have been standing in front of your face for 5 minutes to get your attention. I mean
c'mon you are representing one of the most well known luxury brands out there. Really???
